These are not my first books. I have over 35 of my books on your platform. I have used LuLu for decades and the switch to you was seamless. I love every book I have printed with you, especially my flip book, Rubies in the Wilderness/Splintered. I will give you the decades now.

Mia, over 35 books is incredible, and we're so honored you've trusted us with them! It's wonderful to hear the switch felt seamless and that you love every one. Here's to the decades ahead 📚

I am new to the platform and needed help. It was offered unstintingly, making my experience very simple. I had made an error and was shown how to fix it. Also, I had something new I wanted to try, and was both helped, and encouraged. I really like the platform and the customer service. I've already talked to two new authors who are afraid to publish, telling them to try it.

Thank you for sharing this, Rina! It means a lot that you felt so well looked after as a new author, and that you're encouraging others to give it a try. Welcome aboard 😊

I was trying to compare printing costs and royalties between KDP and BookSpace and couldn't find a royalty calendar in my dashboard. I sent a message through the chat featureand somene answered within a couple of minutes with the various trim size options, pricing, etc. AND using the book specs I'd listed, gave me the exact pricing information I was looking for for the book I was working on. I'm pretty sure it was a live person based on the answer and. Regardless, the customer service was great, the response time was fast, and my question was answered completely. I have only had positive experiences with the company so far.

Sandra, thank you for this! It's great to hear the answers were quick and gave you just the pricing detail you needed. Wishing you every success with your books 📚
