Also, needs an app. The website is just really badly designed and makes it so difficult to do anything. for example, when i go to the plus sign on a drink, why does the picture get bigger, making the plus sign move, making me click the picture of the booze, which takes me to the booze page? So inconvenient and un-intuitive.

site doesnt really work on tablets. Also, I have to enter my credit card info everytime, no save option. Also, you should notify me of delivery hours when I'm checking out, not just on the homepage

My wine, while listed, was out of stock. I was waiting for its arrival and actually had to call to find out where my order was. The wine arrived and was as described so, I think they just need to improve their inventory tracking system and develop better processes for letter the customer know the status of their order.

Selection, site, service... everything very average. Lucky there is no competition.

I had a big order for a party at work and the order came well after the time window. I had to call and be called back a few times in order for them to figure out where the delivery guys were. It was Midtown so traffic was bad I'm sure but I made the order days in advance expecting them to be somewhere in the time window promised.

I liked the idea of this service but using it has been problematic in the following ways: 1. finding items on the website (i.e. triple sec or cointreau) - the search is not intuitive 2. on multiple occasions vendors did not have stock. 1.75 liters of major brands of vodka like kettle one or absolut. Or tequila like Cuervo Gold. 3. The prices don't seem competitive. a bit on the high side.

Awesome idea to deliver especially when it is winter out, but the customer service as well as delivery service could definitely use some improvement. Also, why am I the only friend who knows about this? You guys need more social media/advertising! I would be happy to help :D!
