I received my Punchlist estimate just a few days after my home inspection. I like how it broke everything out that needed to be done and that I was able to prioritize the list. They are not actually available in my area to do any of the work, but now I have a printed list that I can show to a handyman who can do what needs to be done in order to sell my house.

Having our inspection report turned into a repairs quote was a very help resource in our decision making to purchase a our home. We were able to get the house inspected and receive the inspection report repairs quote before the submission date for our earnest money. So it really helped give us a sense of security and that we were well informed on the house we were purchasing and the rough cost of any future repairs that might fall on us.

This tool was so helpful for us to amend our purchase agreement after inspection on our new home! The estimate was pretty spot-on from what I guessed It might be and it was very easy to read. The only improvement I could ask for is a slightly quicker turnaround, we had our inspection done on Saturday and I requested the estimate as soon as the link was available that night, but I did not receive the estimate until Monday.
