This punch list was extremely helpful to my buyers. They then could get estimates from vendors and know whether or not they were being taken advantage of. Great tool!

What a great tool to give immediate…
What a great tool to give immediate "feel" for cost of repairs needed. One of the items listed as needing repairs that we hoped to negotiate was not listed on the punchlist report, but overall I think the tool is awesome, and the bells and whistles on the tool were top notch. Thanks, PunchListUSA!
