The brace itself works great. The customer service at BraceLab is excellent. The original shipment was lost in transit and BraceLab quickly sent another brace. They were easy to contact and quickly resolved the issue.

I bought a brace lab splint for my right wrist soon after a huge surgery i’m not just my wrist, but three tendons in my fingers had to be rerouted.I was having to wear the brace 24/7 and I had some issues with the wear v tear in a very short time. After talking with them, they explained to me what I may have been doing to increase this. I was very disappointed and talked with them and they did replace it with a new one. I think this is going to work well for me. I don’t have to wear it all the timenow. I wear it at times where I could possibly put too much stress on my wrist area. I have to say that this brace is way better than the one I even got through PT. I had to pay for it out-of-pocket so I definitely appreciated them being understanding and helping me out. So far this one is working great and I’m very careful so I have it when I need it

I received my hand brace from BraceLab as scheduled and was pleased with the easy to follow instructions. My hand brace is lightweight, yet very durable, and has reduced the pain and swelling in my hand.
