Terrific customer service experience
Terrific customer service experience! You resolved my issue promptly and with the best possible outcome. The MetaGrip really helps with all my usual activities and is particularly helpful significantly reducing hand/thumb pain when playing guitar! Great product, great company! Thanks!

My ulnar wrist side brace fixer upper.
My wrist pain is isolated to turning it outward. The shorter PUSH brace does not hurt that wrist bone like many others, and extends further up the hand. It keeps that pain right above that bone at bay. It is a tight and stable stop to that wrist motion. It uses good materials and the velcro stays put. It is not a cheapo.

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and…
I mistakenly ordered the wrong size and was well taken care making the return and replaced for size. I found the woman who helped me was very helpful and kind. Thank you!

Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy, and delivery time was very quick. I didn't need to exchange anything, but directions to do so were clear. Brace seems to be high quality and is working as I'd hoped it would.

Great product.
Great product. Fits my hand (thumb) ‘like a glove’… Pun intended! Keeps my thumb stable during biking and other outdoor activities. Won’t do floor exercises w/o wearing it.
