Quick to respond, quick to help me and fast replacement of equipment. I ordered the wrong size and instead of making it hard the return and replacement was a piece of cake.

the service was quick. i am keeping the splint as OT said it would provide the appropriate support. however, i was disappointed the splint did not provide the type of relief i was seeking. the OT did acknowledge that it can pinch the thumb. i had hoped i would be able to use this splint for shifting gears on twist style handle bars but it does not fit well over full gloves worn for warmth or fingersless gloves for sweat. that and the pinching made it less than ideal for me.

Thank you for your feedback, Te. Crossing the straps on the back of the hand will adjust the pressure a bit on your thumb and you may find that more comfortable. You may also find it easier to wear gloves over the brace, we have received feedback it can be more comfortable to size up in gloves if that feels too tight.
