Super easy to place an order! Love that I can try two sizes and return for free the one that doesn’t fit. I am a return customer. This hand brace is amazing !!!

Love the brace, but it’s my 4th because the Velcro wears out. I hate throwing out perfectly good brace when it seems that developing one with replaceable Velcro would be a priority!

Thank you for your feedback, Stacey. Replaceable straps would not allow the strap to meet the standards we abide by. However, we do have a MetaGrip care sheet that may be of interest to help you get the most out of your MetaGrip. You can reach out to our Support Team at 888-235-8221 or [email protected] for the care sheet.

Great customer service. I ordered a brace for the wrong hand and got a refund within minutes. The thumb brace I already have for the other hand worked like a miracle. Worth the money.

I appreciated the helpful advise that the customer service woman gave me while I was trying to decide which Brace would be best for my problem. It was shipped promptly and the actual thumb Brace is far superior to another one I tried from a different company.
