I don't know if the brace was too small but it bruised my wrist all the way to my forearm. I wore it for about 6 hours and the next day I was bruised and sore.

Love the brace however, the thumb joint is a bit too wide for small hands. Also it pinches downward when carrying objects in hand causing bruising.

I had this brace for my left hand. I ordered another one for my right hand. I'm trying to avoid surgery for awhile. It works very well for my CMC joint arthritis.
