The directions for ordering were very clear for the right hand brace and the left hand brace and the proper size. The product arrived in good condition a few days after it was ordered.

I ordered the wrong size. When I called customer service they sent me a prepaid return address form so I could return the brace I purchased. Then they sent me a larger size. The entire process was bet customer friendly.

The company sent me the product in a timely manner. However, the brace is not comfortable and actually makes my thumb hurt more.
