Hi Brian, I understand the frustration with being asked to leave a review before accessing your report, and I can see why that step feels uncomfortable. Now that you've left your review, you should be able to access your cognitive assessment report directly. If you run into any trouble downloading it, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] and I'll make sure you get it. - Alex, Customer Experience Manager, BrainWiki

Misleading Charges and Unauthorized Subscription BrainWiki advertised an IQ test analysis for just $1, but I was charged $24.99 for a monthly subscription that I never knowingly agreed to. There was no clear warning about recurring payments, no proper subscription confirmation, and no obvious indication that I was signing up for a monthly plan. This is extremely misleading and feels like a scam. Customers should not have to check their bank statements to discover hidden subscription charges. I strongly recommend avoiding this website. If you’ve been charged without your consent, dispute the transaction with your bank and request a refund.

Hi Zin Min Wai, that's something I want to look into personally. I've already requested your details from Trustpilot to help locate your account, but to speed things up, could you email us at [email protected] with the email address you used when you signed up? Once I can find your account, I'll look into the charge and what you were shown at the point of purchase, and make sure this is resolved for you properly. - Alex, Customer Experience Manager, BrainWiki
