OMG!
OMG!! I am beyond satisfied with the quality of the products I purchased. I have been through a range of companies trying to find quality hair and now I know who to stick with. So glad I came across this company on Instagram and although my timeline is flooded with hair extension endorsements the quality of your product stood out from the crowd intially via advertising as well. I will definitely spread the word not to mention the hair will speak for it self when I wear it. Thanks for the no nonsense customes ordering process and swift delivery as well. Many Blessings!!

The hair I bought is Brazilian kinky…
The hair I bought is Brazilian kinky curly hair, the texture is actually kinky curly. When I use Shea Moisture curling smoothie the hair holds the curl. BUT the hair has orange colored strands and I bought the 2nd to best grade of hair. This is not virgin hair. It makes me upset that I'm trying out all these companies and can't find authentic virgin hair.

We have contacted the customer regarding her complaint and understood that she was satisfied with how our hair holds curls and have tested the quality according to her statement. However, her dissatisfaction came from that she was expecting virgin hair to have unified black hair color which is against the nature of virgin hair. Our customer service further educated the customer that our virgin hair does not have any hair dyes. It naturally contains darker and lighter brown strands which may appear to be "orange" under lighting. Our customer service also taught the customer how to recognize synthetic hair and virgin hair. The customer understood that she had misjudged our quality based on a wrong expectation for human hair extensions. We are glad to consider this issue as resolved and hope our tips help the customer find the best product she's looking for.

QUALITY & SERVICE
The hair shipped out timely, the quality of the hair is excellent and consistent throughout several different textures from root to tip and the customer SERVICE (Which is what drove me here after receiving the worst customer service I have ever received from another dropshipper) was exactly what I'd expect and what new and seasoned customers deserve. I will be purchasing again, they have EARNED my trust.
