This is a great place to buy excellent quality ridin apparel at a fraction of the retail price. They are very quick at thipping and it's very easy.

Customer service was very responsive when I needed to update the delivery address. Shipping was surprisingly quick! Packing left a little to be desired. The box was a bit too small for the saddle and lacked adequate packing material which resulted in a scuff on the cantle and wrinkles in the flap.

HORRIBLE. They do not have a return portal on their website. They tell you to email them if you want to initiate a return. Then they don’t respond. When they eventually do respond, after multiple emails, they ask more questions about the return that are not necessary to process it. Without actually giving you return instructions. They do not answer the phone. NEVER use this site.

Products appear decent but shipping charge to US address was RIDICULOUS!!!! Price to ship 2 pairs of lightweight socks and one lightweight shirt was going to cost more than all the items combined

Sent defective item to my 12 year old daughter refused to refund exchange.
