I would appreciate more information on questions I have. I am not experiencing the loss of weight from the medication and could use some way to get more information about this slow weight loss.

It is an easy process. Communication is easy and quick and the meds are shipped quickly.

Recently had to call customer service because I was gonna be traveling and wanted to make sure I received my medication in time. They took my information emailed me a confirmation of this and then once my medication was shipped they followed up with an email and two days later they even did another follow up. Customer service was great and they were very friendly and helpful, have positive things to say so far.
