Bring Fido Pet Concierge super helpful
Bring Fido concierge helped us modify reservations and Running Y Ranch is super pet friendly place to stay!

I was billed twice for a hotel booked…
I was billed twice for a hotel booked through Bring Fido. THE hotel never received payment from Bring Fido. So I paid the hotel. Bring Fido also charged my account. Huge pain. Customer Service for bring Fido did NOTHING. I think this is a scam. DO NOT book through them.

We hate to hear you've had a negative experience, Cami. Unless you select a "pay at hotel" accommodation, BringFido processes your payment and the hotel should never ask for additional room payment. In looking into your case, it appears the hotel charged you for your stay once you arrived, rather than only the agreed upon pet fee, so we are currently awaiting a response from them as we work to have you refunded. It looks like you've been in communication with one of our Escalations agents and I hope you will not hesitate to continue speaking with us directly if you have any further questions while we work through this process. I'm afraid these steps are a little slower than usual for many of our booking partners, but we're still hopeful that we'll have a resolution for you soon.

We will always book through BringFido
We will always book through BringFido when going places with the dogs. The process was simple and checkin was easy and everything was arranged for us with the dogs and our room!

BringFido is our source when traveling with our dog. We had questions about a location so we called and spoke to a rep. He was amazingly helpful with useful suggestions - friendly and more than willing to help.

Get this app!
We travel with our camper and bring our dog along, and we use BringFido almost every time we travel. It has provided us with really helpful information and helped us discover some great places and enjoy some wonderful experiences.

A must use for traveling pet owners
We have been able to find so many options for traveling with our puppy for the first time. We had no idea how many places allowed dogs as it’s not that easy to find that information on other booking sites. The ability to filter by pet fees and size of dog is also really convenient. The extra suggestions of things to do with your pet is so helpful for new pet owners like us. We will be booking all of our travels with our dog through bringfido.

Awesome
My air conditioner broke down and I needed emergency place for me and my cats. I found Bringfido on line and called them. They jumped into action and found an awesome hotel close to my home that also took cats.
