Company Bad Termination Policies
Loved our therapist - it took 6 previous ones for my teen to feel comfortable with one! We were in the middle of treatment when our therapist disappeared. No goodbye and no notice. My child was devastated to say the least!! She was licensed when a lot of the other ones are not there and we needed that for a suicidal teen. I finally tracked her down and found out she was terminated because they wanted her to do more hours than she could right now and she was not allow her to have final sessions with patients. Called and terminated the same day - what kind of crap business practice is that? She actually cared about my child but that company does not - they tried to pawn us off on some other person to start over - they don't get relationships in counseling.
