Turning our multiple level home into a single level from my wife Lynne's perspective was the goal when I contacted Wright and Filippis to see what devices were available. The Bruno "Stair-Vator" was the right device designed to fit our home, built on time, installed on the date selected with straight forward operational instructions and it works perfectly. While Lynne recovers from foot reconstruction and ankle replacement surgery she does not notice the four stairs to our Master Bedroom. Our home is one level for Lynne as she recovers and progresses to walking normally again.

In the past 3 years I've had a cervical neck fusion, 2 shoulder surgeries and most recently a lumbar spinal fusion. We love our new Stairlift. It is fabulous. So handy to have this even though we don't use it all the time. I will never attempt to carry anything heavy up or down the stairs. So glad that we had this installed.

We purchased two straight stair lifts rather than one lift with the wrap around track to address our straight stairs, then a landing, then straight stairs again at 180 degrees from the first staircase.Both units are obviously well made and have operated flawlessly. Operation of the units was demonstrated and explained thoroughly. We are very satisfied with our purchase. These lifts were also priced lower than the competition.

We love our chair lift! Its great quality and very comfortable. The local licensed company that installed it...Heacock Elevator were equally amazing. I highly recommend this product and company!

I gave Bruno a 4 because of only one thing. The foot rest is too far under the seat and it gives me a cramp in my thighs to tuck my feet back. I just put my heels on the footrest but not too comfortable. Otherwise it is wonderful as it allows me t use my beach house.
