Great Quality Bison. Ordering process was easy to navigate. Shipping was fast and Meats arrived in a sealed container for freshness.

We love ground bison and bison burgers. We are very conscious of the amount of fat we eat. Bison meat appears to have less fat content than ground sirloin.
