They were supposed to be outside skirt steaks. They were mixed in with inside skirt sticks. I specifically asked for outside skirts. I did not get what I ordered.

Everything was thawed out upon arrival as there wasn't enough dry ice placed in the shipping container. Purchased original bison hot dogs, tri tip, oxtails and ground meat. The hot dogs were a huge disappointment as they are very dry and lack flavor. The hot dogs reminded me of the dried package meat sticks as they taste highly processed. Will definitely not be purchasing the hot dogs ever again.

First of all I was not satisfied with the packaging. A cardboard box? Companies I purchased from in the past all used Styrofoam chests and used dry ice to ensure product would arrive frozen. Also the pulled bison was packaged in a plastic soup container. I haven't tried the product as yet. It is in my freezer. May have a bit of trouble removing the frozen lid.

I’ve been eating bison meats for over 10 years and have purchased from grocers and growers of bison. The quality of Buck Wilds meats are on the bottom rung of any retailer of buffalo/bison products ever consumed. The fat content of their meat truly drives my review. I truly hope they will improve this ratio of fat to lean and I’m quite certain that I’m not the only consumer who has identified this issue.

I have ordered from Buffalo Gal for several years and have been satisfied with their product... I find that this order is totally different and although I do not typically post my opinion and will start looking at alternative options.

I have eaten several different steaks, sirloin tip roast, an allot of ground from you guys. I cooked a chuck roast in the crockpot on low yesterday. The flavor was great, looked and smelled great. However, it was the toughest roast I had ever eaten. Ended up dicing it up into small bitesize pieces and making stew out of it. I won't be ordering any more of this.
