One thing to work on
We always receive answers from chat and emails within reasonable time when we have a question. Functions are fitting into our business process well and we like the fact that the timesheets are stand-alone not having to be attached to a specific payroll system so that it gives us maximum flexibility as our payroll system came from the ministry of health- we have no say in that choice. It would be idea if BP can customize its uploading report in a format allowing automatic upload into our payroll system.

It is easy to use and tracks time and focus on important issues.
It is easy to use and tracks time and location well. Pretty basic tracking system.

Good app to track employee time
Very easy to use to log in and out of work and see your hours in real time. You can also review and check hours as well. Not had any issues with it.

Buddy Punch is easy to learn
Buddy Punch is easy to learn the ins and outs of the program. It was easy to make the transition from our other program to Buddy Punch. The intergration into Quickbooks is a plus too. The staff is easy to work with. When we have a question they have been right there to answer and help us to solve our problems.

User-friendly app and program
The software is quite user-friendly. I appreciate how it notifies us about late, early, or missed shifts, and I also like that there is an option to disable all alerts if needed. My primary use for the program is scheduling, though I have also made use of a few reports. It is very easy to use and generally easy to adjust. I utilize the app on a daily basis. Its very easy to set employees up and make adjustments. The app is useful and convenient.
