I ordered a bulb and they sent it
Really, there isn't much more to it than that. It's the correct bulb, it came in a reasonable amount of time, it was nicely packaged.

Always a great experience. I only thing I can add. On the online check out I didn't have a choice of faster shipping. The products is always good. I have been a customer for years.

My go-to source for special bulbs
Your sight is easy to use, easy to find what I need, reasonable pricing and great service and delivery. The hardest part for me is remembering that it's Bulb Direct (singular not plural - because we're not gardening).

Order for a bulb for an ancient slide projector
I can't really rate the service because I ordered the bulb and received notification that it was sent, but I haven't yet received it. I have ordered from Bulb Direct in the past (for the same ancient projector) and received the proper bulb in an acceptable time frame.

First Order
Easy to understand website for identifying and ordering mini-bulbs. Easy to complete my first order, though the site had an address glitch. Real people emailed and phoned to get ship-to address nailed down - now that is unusual.
