Horrid Stay clear Needs shutting down

Horrible quality hats. Sent wrong one. Ships in plastic bag. Hats come crushed. They offered 20% back. I refused. I got 40% and they refused to send correct hat. They wont pay return shipping even on wrong hat. Big scamm. Avoid this Chinese company. I plan to be on every add they ever post on Facebook and warn every customer...

This is a scam and fraud. The products are garbage. They refuse to take the return. Do not waste your time and money.

Received my hat order in plastic bag. Hat size way to big and hat was crushed and deformed ! Requested refund and return authorization! No reply from seller! Looks like I got duped! Beware this company is a big Chinese scam!!!

Absolute garbage!! came in a bag not a box as described and comes from china not USA, hat was all squashed when I received it.

Ordered 2 hats, they delivered both in a plastic bag, totally squashed, both wrong sizes and nothing like I ordered. Complaints dept got back to me straight away and offered 20 o/o refund and I could keep hats (that don’t fit) I said no then they offered 40 o/o refund and I just wanted to return them and get my money back. Returns are to China and have to be paid for. Do not use this company. Hats are poor quality cheap and nasty nothing like pictures on website.

Cheap material used for hat. Not the material they said would be used for hat. Not the hat design I ordered. Hat was shipped in a plastic bag. Hat was crushed and disfigured on arrival. This is a SCAM! Do not order!

It looks like I got two random hats instead of what i ordered, wrong size/model/color. They were sent in a plastic bag instead of the promised box, so they arrived completely deformed. The company offered a partial refund, or a complete refund if i pay about 20$ to return the items. Seeing the other reviews here, this seem to be their business model, so stay far away from these scammers
