Besides the stuffy being unstuffed within 5 minutes, my pitties completely enjoyed their first bullybox

Every to was great except the peace frisbee. Ayda had it chewed up in days. Wondering why you have 1 year old and not younger. Do you have puppy treats? Ayda is 4months Overall Great!!

billing is deceptive and no transparency on website. Ok so the toys and treats are ok but the billing is downright criminal. Signed up for a 6 month subscription to ensure my discount and discount was only applied to month #1 !?! paid full price for the remaining 5! You can not see anything via the website regarding your subscription, the customer service reps are pleasant but trained in BS

I liked the variety of toys we got and the different treats. It would be nice to have more of a variety of dog treats vs. seemingly the same ingredients just in different shapes and sizes. I'd love to see a bite sized treat, a crunchy or rawhide alternative treat, etc.

Hello - thank you for sharing your experience with us as well as the suggestions of what you would like to see included more. Some of our best products start out as an idea from a pet parent! We are glad to hear that your household is a fan of Bullymake!

I wrote them over a month ago to say cancel my subscription. I had to go through multiple messages to say so, no means no as they wouldn't take that for an answer. That apparently wasn't enough, and they've still been charging me. When I asked for a refund and cancellation confirmation for the nth time today, they said I didn't respond to an email with other options. Like... I said CANCEL. Multiple times. Insanity. Now they've cancelled it, but I'm apparently not going to get a refund for the others, and they're still asking me if I want to just pause the account. If there was ever a chance I'd come back as a customer, they absolutely ruined it themselves. Crazy. Unfortunate because I actually would have recommended the toys.
