I run a pup sitting business and all of my pups enjoyed the toys. I was an avid bark boxer but now im switching to bullymake full time

We got the box. The snacks could have more of a variety of flavor. I found my dog was getting tired of the snacks… i still have plenty. I will order another box. He liked the toys.

Rocky is an aggressive chewer, no more soft toys, he destroyed the soft toy in 5 minutes, other chew toys are good, need a little bigger ones, & lives the treats. I would send a pic of the dead toy but there is no place to send it. When is the next box due?

Our girl Karlley is just a baby and we wanted to start her out with the best toys and treats recommended for her. She loves the chicken and the piggy so much. We tell her to get her baby and she comes back with one of them every time. We can’t wait for her next box

Toys are great materials and the treats are a good size for such a big mouthed dog! We have a staffordshire, finding good toys and treats can be tough :)

Our dog loves the hard toys and the treats. The Xmas stocking didn’t last very long at all

My dog did not like the treats or toys. He is very picky and I get that, that is one of the reasons I tried this service. We were using another one that has soft toys and treats. Our dog would destroy their toys and not eat the treats. With Bully make the toys are super hard and tough to destroy but our dog refused to play with them. I tried to cancel early and they will not allow that, they make you stay the full 6 months. Apparently long term customers are not what is the most important to them. There greatest concern is making customers pay for things they can not use just so they can capture 6 months of payments. Down the road when we have other animals I will definitely not use their service. In the grand scheme of things I as a customer mean nothing to them, there are plenty of other people who can be locked into a 6 month commitment regardless and that is what matters to them. Oh and if you don't tell them to stop auto renew before that happens they lock you into another 6 months. If you give them your business, good luck.

Hi Corrie - we are sorry to hear your experience with Bullymake was not ideal. While we do operate on a subscription platform, it is our goal to work with pet parents to ensure they are getting good value out of their subscription based on their pup's preferences. Our supervisor team would appreciate the opportunity to connect with you directly to see where we might have went wrong in your case and hopefully be able to make it right. If you are willing, please respond to our request for information through Trustpilot and a supervisor will be in contact with you via email.
