My dog loves the toys, and especially the treats. First box came promptly, good quality items. I haven’t had to interact with customer service, so can’t comment on that.

My dog has NEVER had a stuffed toy for more than one day. We're going on over a week! The toy is showing some love but still intact. I'm amazed!
