My dog destroys everything and chews on anything he can get in his mouth. So I have definitely enjoyed your product. He has not destroyed the heavy duty chew toys that we got.

Hi Stacy! We love knowing our toys are meeting the test of your power chewer and that they are keeping him engaged. Providing strong, durable toys that pets enjoy is exactly what we strive for.

I got my first box for Cletus and he destroyed both toys in less than a few hours. I did reach out and one of the toys was replaced. The toy they sent was rubber as requested - Cletus managed to chew the end that the treats can be put in and was pulling the rubber off - thankfully he didn’t actually swallow any. It would be awesome if y’all had toy that doesn’t have the opening for a treat. He does like the treats - he just wishes they were bigger. Hahaha!! Btw, Cletus is a pit bull terrier - a constant chewer and strong as an OX!!! 😁😂

Hi there! We’re sorry to hear the toys didn’t quite hold up to his level of determination. Pit bull terriers and other power chewers like Cletus can definitely be tough testers, and feedback like this is really helpful as we continue to evaluate and improve our toy options. We also appreciate you reaching out so we could get a replacement sent over.

I was so disappointed when my dog did not like thr toys or treats. I contacted the company right away. They did not stand behind their guarrantee at all! They would not allow me out of the one year contract and continue to send monthly boxes my pup still doesn't like. Dont buy it. They are not a reputable company at all. My pup is a golden retriever and isually eats everything. He will not eat these treats or like the toys. Id give them NO stars if it were possible! NEW- I originally signed up in February. My e-mail used is:- could not write. Itried to contact them after the first box and was put onto their CHAT which told me there was no way to cancel. I had to stay on for a year and then cancel. I have my emails from March and April asking for the same thing. Thanks to my leaving this review, I see they have now allowed me out of the contract !! So, thank you.!Now if I could get a refund for the treats and toys he didn't like- that would be great. Please note that all my dealings with them were under a different e-mail. I tried to write it here. But, that is not allowed.

Hi Elaine! We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience with your Golden Retriever’s box. We want every pup to enjoy their toys and treats, and it’s disappointing to hear that this wasn’t the case for you. We’d really appreciate the opportunity for our Service Leadership Team to look into this further for you directly. If you’re willing, please respond to the Trustpilot request for additional information so we can locate your account and review what happened in detail.
