There are far better options
I have been using Bully make for 10 years. I used to be a huge fan. NOT anymore. Customer service is TERRIBLE and practically non existent. They have stopped having humans you can actually TALK and they refuse to communicate through anything except email/chat which I am not convinced are actually people vs bots. I have needed to make changes with my subscription and its been a nightmare and at this point I am just going to cancel. Profuct: if you stay with them for longer than a year you will see you get the same toys over and over again. They rarely change the molds /design for the toys so if you like variety for your dogs, you won't get it here. I honestly can say after 10 years with the crap service in the last 6 months I would NEVER recommend. A company that started out strong and turned to crap . Avoid if you expect decent customer service . SHIPPING: very unreliable. I have had times the boxes dont show up or they are extremely late. Choose something else if you want a quality experience.
