Hi Tracy! We’re so happy to hear your dogs loved getting the box and discovering their new toys. Thank you also for the honest feedback on the rope toys. We’re glad they held up longer than others you’ve tried. Keep in mind that if the rope toys are not a great fit for your furry friend, you can always customize your box! Feel free to reach out to our support team, and we will be happy to help.

Hi Mel! We love knowing your fury friend is loving her box and sharing with her brothers! We’ll do our best to keep the excitement going in every box—though it sounds like they might never get tired of it!

Hi Sara! We’re really glad to hear your pup enjoyed the toys overall, though we’re sorry the rope didn’t hold up as expected. Some dogs are extra tough chewers, and rope toys can wear down faster with heavy play. We recommend sticking with our more durable nylon or rubber options for longer-lasting fun. Keep in mind you can customize your box to ensure the toys are a great fit for your furry friend. If you need help, feel free to reach out to our support team!

We’re really sorry to hear about your experience. That’s definitely not what we want for you or your pup. It sounds like you have an extremely powerful chewer, and while our toys are designed for durability, some dogs can get through even the toughest options. We appreciate you giving the replacements a try as well, and we’re sorry those didn’t hold up either. We also understand your frustration with the cancellation process, and we’ll be sure to share that feedback with our team as we’re always looking to improve.
