Top notch experience!!!

Before ordering my custom Suppressor cover for my surefire RC4 I reached out asking what size I should order since I couldn’t find it on their website. I didn’t hear from them for two weeks by that time I had googled AI the answer and made my purchase. A few days after my purchase I received a reply that wasn’t so helpful. About a week after placing my order I got an email that the info for the size I put for my custom order was off by a bit and that they recommended the measurements they gave me which was perfect. Got my suppressor cover delivered on September 14th. Installed it as show in their video. Shot it for the first time on September 18th and then for the second time on October he 25th. Let it cool down put it away when I got home to check it the bungee cord that wraps around it securing the cover to the suppressor lost all of its bungee or tension. I reached out and got a reply that I wasn’t expecting. After spending $350 dollars as a first time customer their response/ resolution was for me to purchase another bungee or cord for $10 each or they could send me a video showing me how I can have my suppressor cover on without the bungee. I replied on the 26th of September and have yet to get a response. I explained that I thought it was kind of ridiculous to tell a new customer hey you can buy a new bungee or cord after only using our product twice which is supposedly top of the line.
