La verdad que tienen un cuerpo de administración estupendo, abres un ticket y antes de acabar de escribir tu problema, te responden. Así da gusto ponerse en contacto con una tienda. Me gustaría resaltar el servicio de Aura, una barbaridad, siempre atenta y te lo resuelve en segundos!

quick and easy to deal with i think this is the place id go in the future when buying scripts this was an experience from an giveaway that i won 2 mins waiting didnt even got time to got to the kitchen tho my pc basically is in the same room even tried their cruthes system its also an 10/10 like the service

Best support Firstly had an issue with an script though writing a ticket they added the features i needed for it to work perfect within a day!!!!

Good quality scripts, but they were running a deal, and I missed it by a few hours, I opened a ticket to try and see if they could make an exception and give me a one time code as I was going to make a large order for my non profit server, and that is a common practice, I have also spent hundreds with them in the past, they closed my ticket without a response which was unfortunate and not in the spirit of what I thought the company represented. I will continue to use their scripts, but their customer service could use work.
