Pretty good
Was looking for CRM systems. Seemed to have a decent list of candidates to choose from. Only issue was it refused to accept a non-US phone number

based on the amount of online scams that have been going around, my only suggestion would be to use a more friendly looking website layout and/or advertisement theme. it would probably raise loan inquires as everyone is very cautious now.

Asked for info by email and the phone rings off the hook. Pushy rude telemarketers. Please make them all stop

This was a joke and waste of time. It did not route me to the correct vendor for what I was seeking. Worthless.

This is a good service. I typed exactly what I was looking for and within an hour I got responses from two venders. The BuyerZone website says that "up to five vendors" will contact. One more would have been nice, but I can work with two.

If you are navigating unfamiliar waters like me, learning about BPO and call center services in particular can be a very uncomfortable experience. Though BuyerZone, I was able to spell out my needs and have others contact me. Five firms responded very quickly, and it's very likely we will select on vendor partner from this list. Yeah, you can Google "call centers" or something similar and navigate through hundreds of sites or just plug in your needs via BuyerZone and let vendors call you. The only criticism I have to offer is that one firm sent my way was an exclusively B2B call center and my request clearly spelled out my B2C needs. All in all, this site worked well for me to obtain the info I needed to understand the capabilities of outbound calling centers and get me to companies that could help.
