The bag and the packaging were beautiful, and I love supporting small businesses. The only reason for four stars and not five is that the shipping took longer than I expected.

The order took a bit longer than usual to arrive, so I was getting a bit worried, but the customer service was quick to communicate! I finally received the bags, and I love them! I've seen other reviews mention 'a weird smell', which i'm pretty sure is just the vegan leather fresh out of the bag, it's nothing bad and it goes away fairly quickly once you air it out! I've gotten one for myself and one for my mom, and we both love them!

The purse was as described and Is very useful. Only slightly negative aspect was the delivery time. It took quote a while to arrive even some days longer than announced.

The product is just like the photos, the delivery was also relatively quick. The only thing is that the bag came with a strong odor so i had to let it dry for a couple of days before wearing it, other than that it's great

LOVE the bag, fair quality for the price, looks just like on the pictures only negative point: shipping took veeery long (2+ weeks)
