Ordering from Byrna was easy, the product is great, and the support was exceptional. Samanta on the support team was extremely responsive and very helpful and was an example of what great CS should be.

I have never had even the slightest problem working with the company and customer service. Samanta was great as always. She knows the products and procedures and gives prompt and courteous answers right away.

I like the way the device operates, but it's EXTEREMELY difficult to change the CO2 charger. The screw-in plug doesn't have a good way to hold, which means it's cumbersome to remove and cumbersome to replace. In fact, when I tried replacing a cartridge I ended up wasting the cartridge because the screw cover was loose. My thumb was sore with all the work. So this device gives a false sense of security because reloading in a pinch becomes dangerous

Fantastic customer service. Had a small problem with my Byrna target and they immediately responded and sent me a replacement. Outstanding service. This company is incredible.

I would not recommend this launcher (CL) nor the Pepper Projectiles. The Pepper Projectiles bounce off the target and only break when they hit the ground.

Rachel was able to give me the assistance that I was looking for. She was courteous and polite and gave me all of the information to help me with my installation. This is the reason why I have recommended friends and family to Byrna. They have the best quality of service and this is what separates them from the rest....Thank you so much!!!
