Clean and expected size!

Great location, awesome cabins. 8 year old loved the arcade games in the cabin and the pool table and air hockey table. I would definitely stay here again!

Cabin itself wasn’t bad at all. Amenities were more of an issue. The shower/bathtubs were tiny and something I’d expect to find in a motel 6. The beds were by far the worst part of our stay. The mattresses were absolutely horrible and probably should have been replaced a decade ago. I’m not exaggerating, you could feel nothing but springs, and the noise from just the slightest movement could be heard in the other bedrooms, where the beds are just as bad. Internet wasn’t working when we arrived and neither was the clothes washer. Both issues were addressed but the internet, even when working was mediocre at best. These cabins get the job done if you are looking to stay around Gatlinburg, but for the price there are much nicer cabins in the area, I’ve stayed in several.

This is the worst rental I have ever had in my life. Upon arrival we found that the cabin was filthy and nasty. Mouse droppings, ants, mildew, dirty floors, dirt on all of the beds, hot tub does not work, water leaking from upstairs bathroom, trash scattered outside over the hill, electrical outlets sparking. We have called the office several times and nothing is being done. I asked several times to refund my money or transfer us to another property and still nothing is being done. This home is not safe and very unhealthy to stay in. Do not trust this company with your family’s vacation.

Entrance to the cabin was delayed 3 hours. We were told they were working on the lights in the kitchen. When we got there, there were not lights in the kitchen, game room and stair case. The hot tub was only 70 degrees. The microwave did not work. There were no wash clothes. We found a cockroach in the kitchen. I called to report the problems and was told theywere sending maintenance men right out. At 11:30 pm maintenance showed up, knocked on the door and yelled to see if anyone was there. We were in bed and were afraid to let them in. I paid a high rental rate due to it being a holiday weekend. I was refunded $140 which was not enough. I will never rent a cabin there again.
