Everything was great

Worst Cabin I’ve ever stayed in in the area not only was the recliner, bed, and kitchen chair broken there was a used condom under the bed cob webs all over the walls and spaghetti noodles on the counter and floor. The cabin we stayed in was Dolly’s dream the experience and price we paid definitely wasn’t Dolly’s Dream. Nasty would not recommend this place to anyone.

Contacted office (3) different times to address Arcade game not working. First time they said it would be 2-4 hrs. Second time they claimed would be there at 10:00, no show. Third time wished to speak with manager, but never happened. Paid for arcade at Climbing Bear, never worked. The cabins of the Smokey Mtns. Is a bad choice for Vacation.Mar.30-Apr.2nd.2018, ,Sincerely, Unhappy Camper

The cabin itself was very nice. Well equipped. The problems we had were that the bedroom rug had a terrible stain that was damp and looked like someone vomited on it. Had to put a towel over it. The shower door was off it's track. And the owners should be ashamed of themselves for the bed. It is very uncomfortable, squeeky and you can feel the metal springs. It was the worse bed I have ever used.

Great cabin, great people, great times. We had a wonderful experience with the Cabins of the Smoky Mountains. We would book again

Some dust but no dirt. not the cleanest TV had static on some channels and missing a remote piece. But the staff was great, even though maintenance came out around 9:30 pm when we called around 6:00 pm.. and although they could not fix the issue, it did not dampen our trip.
