Jose was great: kind and effective. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because his response took several hours. This didn't bother me, but I assume it may be a staffing issue, so thought I would mention that.

Customer service is great with responding as soon as they can. However I run into an issue of my API key not working when I upgraded to teams account just because I wanted to turn on my SMS notification I wish they would just allow to upgrade with no other crazy changes if I wanted SMS notification I shouldn't have to be upgraded the team's account or maybe you fix their API on the teams account I don't know anyways overall not bad.

We got billed but hadn't been using the platform and they refunded the payment with no hesitation. Very helpful.

Cal.com has been great for my small business. What's not to love? I can have multiple events set up, including events that require upfront payments from clients. The support team are friendly and efficient. Oh, and did I mention that it's FREE???!!! 🤯
