I received several emails stating that the bracelet was on its way. Then, only a few days before Christmas, I was told my order was cancelled. Ruined Christmas

No customer Support
. I wore the bracelet less than a day and the screw feel out and is lost. Told I would get an email to get a replacement but never received the email. Thanks,
