I had to change credit card
I had to change credit card, and I got locked out of my account for not making the payment. I couldn't log in anymore so I had to go to support. They received my request on a Sunday which they couldnt do much as the people that could help weren't working. Vijay still did a zoom call with me to see my situation in more details. Vijay did a zoom call a couple days after and now he has fixed it. I am logged back in :) Thank you for the help! Julie
