t'was good at first but then I encounter a problem on sending text messages
So far it was good though it's a little pricey but then again I've experienced a problem on sending outbound messages in which I can no longer send or receive any more messages within the billing period..that was awful, it's the purpose of my subscription to callrail but then again I can't use it?....need to solve this before I change the rate I gave

Its just the app
Callrail is great but the app sucks. You can't copy and paste in the app. This means when someone calls and you want to respond with text you must memorize the number and input it into the text field. At that point you must remember what number they called. Instead, let me click their number in the missed call screen and it should text from the appropriate number. You're limited to 140 characters in text like it's 2002.

Overall the product has been good
Overall the product has been good. We had a few issues with the setup in the beginning however the team was available to was to help us get out the kinks. I wish we had more flexibility to delete contacts directly on our own so marketing numbers do not show up in our reporting without having to use the filters, I do believe they are working on this functionality moving forward.

Hi Christina,
Thank you so much for your feedback! I was able to check with our product team on the possibility of deleting contacts. If you are looking to block a number or mark a call as spam, which removes the calls from invoices and from most lists of calls, you can currently do that within CallRail. At this time, you're unable to leave a call as a valid, changeable event but delete the number/person associated with the call. However, our team is working to allow you to rename those people as contacts. So, for example, if you had a call where the name on the caller ID showed something generic, like from “SUPPORT” you could rename it to “Bill from Zappos".
Please let me know if this offers clarification. If not, please leave a reply and we'll be happy to have someone from our support team reach out to you directly to help address any needs you may have!
