After posting a negative review about a product and the Customer Service I received, Campus Classics sent me a reply expressing their desire to make things right. I called and we discussed the transaction, and I was eventually offered store credit for the purchase I had made. At this point, I was happily satisfied with the Customer Service experience. Unfortunately, upon logging in to my account, I was given store credit equal to *half* of the purchase price of the item. This was never indicated in the conversation I had with Customer Service, and is another frustrating step in a purchase that has been disappointing from the start.

Customer service was very helpful and patient! The young lad I spoke with was polite and personable.

Everythng was very nice. One shirt was a bit short waisted but overall, we were happy.
