The delivery was fast and the product is as advertised. I replaced a more expensive, much lower-quality product which had leaked through my floor with this one and I am pleased.

Customer service is, and always has been, a topic of discussion regarding the products we purchase. Let's face it, sometimes a product will have an issue. It can be frustrating but it happens. The thing that sure helps, when we face a product issue, is how the situation is handled from the manufacturer. I can first hand compliment the Customer Service of Canest Home for their excellent handling of my concern. They have been kind, efficient and effective in problem solving! Keep up the great work!

Customer service was awesome. I purchased two units about a year ago, and one of the pumps recently failed. Although it was already out of warranty, the customer service team provided detailed video instructions that made replacing the motor easy. I purchased a replacement motor, and as a kind gesture, they also sent me an additional one at no charge. I really appreciate the excellent support and great customer service.

I liked the response time for both receiving the new circuit board and answering emails. However, the product video and continued responses did not resolve our issues fully. The video was too fast and did not show details clearly.

Customer service agent, Gigi, was great. Answered my questions within one day, supplied helpful videos, followed up consistently.
