My wife ordered one large custom canvas of our family photo to put in our bedroom above our bed. We were amazed with the quality of a wooden frame and the photo of course. Beside that there were really helpful.

Shipping took way to long to the USA. Packaging was beat up by the time it arrived. Print was okay.

Hi Richard I have reviewed your order and understand why you were not happy with the shipping. Our HD Metal and Acrylic prints are done on our New Zealand Facility and it does take some time for this to be shipped to the US. Please feel free to contact us if you need anything else moving forward. Regards Rory Customer Service Manager

I ordered a 20x10 print and was astounded with the quality of the print and its mounting! It just looks amazing and is worth every penny. I really couldn’t be happier and know I’ll be returning here soon for additional prints!

Not much to say other than great as always. Website is easy to use, consistent quality, looks great. It's what keeps me coming back.

The photo collage was fine. The hanging setup was made out of sturdy plasticized cardboard? It looked flimsy but was not and was surprisingly easy to hang evenly. I paid extra for another pair of eyes but if any changes were made it was subtle. In short, I would order from here again.

Canvas Factory is amazing. Have done two big projects with you unique canvas layouts with family photos for two different homes and they seem to exceed my expectations every time. Easy-to-use website and great pricing are big gamechangers as well.
