Hi Ismael, thanks for the review! We are here to help and make sure you are completely satisfied with our products. It sounds like maybe the reason the inkjets appeared to be empty is because the ink was not flowing into the print head to be used. A print head cleaning cycle helps to maintain a healthy print head by forcing some ink through it. We greatly appreciate your business and apologize that you had to obtain a replacement in this instance.
