Came in a timely manner
Came in a timely manner. Took to local Autozone to have key cut to the original. They couldn't do it. Ace hardware said no problem so went there and had it cut. Didn't work in door or ignition. They ordered me another one they guaranteed would work. Yet to be determined.

Quick and efficient
Quick and efficient. I ordered a key fob replacement for my CX9 and was delivered one day before the expected date. Very good product, it was programmed without any problems.

Surprised!
Didn’t know you could resolve this problem so easily! I had super glued one together and had tin foil on the inside of the buttons to make them work. Now they are like new!

Trying to get it programmed
The USPS was slow and tracking was useless. Not entirely your problem. I contacted 2 of your suggested locksmiths to program my new remote. One I will quote: "What? We can sell you a remote and program it but we don't program others. We cannot vouch for their product." The other said they only program factory remotes.
