Good product, but read the fine print on resizing policy
I am very happy with the product I received. Exactly what we were looking for and well made. I was a bit disappointed that the resizing policy was to imburse up to $50 for a local jewelry store to do it, which cost nearly $200. Still, even with the added resizing cost I payed less than I would have for a similar ring many other places, so I can't complain much.

Quality product at a reasonable price

I wasn't sure where this was being made…
I wasn't sure where this was being made until watching the video they sent me of my ring. They said there were delays due to war in the middle east but it still arrived within their time window and the ring looks beautiful, just what she wanted. Thank you!!

Engagement Ring
The ring was beautiful, reasonably priced, and exactly what we were looking for. Customer service was excellent. The updates throughout the process are really helpful and allow you to confirm your ring is being built as expected. I was able to review the CAD file and request corrections before any issues arose. Docking one star because I selected CaratBee specifically for the express shipping offer and was quoted 12-15 days. It ended up being delivered in 17 business days (23 total days). Customer service refunded me the extra fee for express shipping.

Great Quality and Customer Service
Great product and they provided great communication through all steps of the process. Minor shipping delays but appeared to be due to the shipping company not CaratBee

Very nice ring
The ring was lovely, just as described and arrived promptly. They also answered questions and showed a video of the item before sending. However, they had verbage on their site saying that the price already included taxes, fees, tariffs, and yet I had to pay about $70 in tariffs in order for the item to be delivered to me. So that part of the experience wasn't great but hopefully will not apply in future if things get settled more with tariff chaos.
