great seat covers fit like a glove easy installation

Waited over a month for delivery. Cover was improperly sewn and fit was impossible. Returned items and am awaiting refund ov over $300. Very disappointed in company.

After ordering the wrong color frt covers I contacted cca ( in which I was answered promptly ) I reordered the right color frt. I was given a return order number sent them back after I had the verification number I contacted cca and received a complete refund minus shipping cost. Will recommend cca to everyone! Oh and the covers are great!

We have issues with our purchase. We didn’t receive the right model and the color is silver not “charcoal grey” They are not being helpful with shipping and are charging us a restocking fee. We waited over a month to receive these and now being treated with disregard over our issues. Buyer beware. Will update review if our issues are resolved.

Great product! Looks very nice in my car and matches the interior very well. I am very pleased.

Appears to be generally good construction and fit was acceptable out of the box. It was ordered for and supposed to be specifically custom made for my 2016 RAM 1500 Lone Star with 2 glove boxes, center light sensor and no speaker cutout. Everything was correct except there was no cutout for the center light sensor. I brought it to their attention and they wanted me to make the hole myself or return it. I expect it to be correctly made from the factory for that kind of money. So I waited 3 weeks and received the warranty replacement. The replacement was no different from the first one, still missing the sensor cutout. So, for a second time Car Cover USA cavalierly told me "sorry about that, just poke a hole in it with any sharp object" to remedy the situation. Are you kidding? CarCoverUSA put in zero effort in trying to fix the factory's fault. The manufacturer CoverKing can't be much better if they can't even fix one simple warranty issue before sending out a replacement part. The only good thing is now I have 2 dashboard covers, neither of which has the required cutout for my light sensor, so I can practice my hole cutting technique on one of them and have a backup cover if I mess it up.

Satisfied with the overall look and style of the seat covers. Upon close inspection after installing the covers I noticed several loose lines of stitching, I hope this doesn't result in seams coming apart in the future? My order consisted of two front seat covers with a button on the headrest of the passenger seat. I'm very dissatisfied with the cut made for the button hole on the passenger side seat cover as it appears to have been cut out without regard to actual size and position of OEM button location. Had I known this ahead of time I would have elected to not have the passenger side headrest button hole cut out at all. This product could have easily been rated as 5 stars if attention to detail regarding OEM positions, size for lumbar support and headrest button as well as stitching quality had been observed. Quality control is needed to insure final product is as advertised. -Mickey Jimenez
