CardFellowReviews of cardfellow.com

CardFellow is an industry expert in navigating the payment processing needs of businesses! Their website is very informational, transparent and guides you to better understanding the processing market and connects you with processors that meet your needs. Ben and team helped us find the best processor that we have been using for the past year and a half. Ben has been a phone call or email away helping make sure pricing has remained within quoted guidelines and just recently, Ben renegotiated our monthly payment subscription plan as our pricing started to increase. So glad we found and connected with CardFellow and look forward to continuing business with them! - Matt J.

CardFellow is a fantastic recourse to get a good rate on credit card processing fees. There are very few resources out there which advocate for the business owner, CardFellow does. Highest recommendation. Thank you Ben.

Ben helped my small family owned business cut out credit card fees in half. I was very confused by this industry, my old processor wouldn't share any details with me, after hours of being on hold with them, transferring me to all sorts of people in india, i finally got some PDFs which made zero sense and impossible to read (definitely this credit card company being shady). Ben analyzed them and told me there was a huge opportunity for savings and helped set everything up. Only down side was we had to get everyones credit card again because our old system would not export the data to try and hold us hostage.. but after about 6 months we were able to do it.

I've been working with Mr. Dwyer of Cardfellow for over 10 years. He helped me find a credit card processor that not only filled my business needs but charges very low rates. When I tell other merchants what I pay as a percentage each month, they typically say, No Way! When I show them my statements they ask me how to contact Mr Dwyer! Plus, every quarter, Cardfellow offers to perform a free audit to make sure you're still receiving the best rates possible. My last free audit came through today. My rate is still makes me smile. I'm very happy to be working with Mr. Dwyer and his firm, Cardfellow.

Thorough and honest review of my current credit card processor fees. They did not recommend that I change processors which is reassuring.

What a fantastic service to help the business owner consumer sort through the world of credit card processing! They do an excellent job.

Cardfellow: great company, honest, transparent. Would highly recommend.

Ben is very friendly and thorough. I'm glad I found you before signing up with the merchant.
