I ordered a sympathy necklace which never came. They sent to the wrong address, it was sent back. They refuse to refund me or send back and asked for more shipping funds. They are scammers

i ORDERED A SYMPATHY MEMORY NECKLACE FOR MY DECEASED DAUGHTER IN December and it never came, when I checked with my PO it was returned because they put the incorrect address. This Co refuses to refund me one penny. They are rude and are scammers from CHINA

Absolutely appalling service..... I have had issues taking payments online through my website due to the increased 3D security I reported the problem in November and the issue has still not been resolved. I have emailed asking for updates no reply I have complained asking for a response no reply totally ignoring me....... just don't care about the loss of business that this is costing me. Totally unacceptable after being with them for many many years.

Stay clear of this firm ,its very under hand how they operate.They terminated my contract after I told them my card machine wasn't working as it should .They didn't like me using a card machine from my previous supplier Takepayments are very good firm.Card save think I'm stupid ,take me to court Card save then we will see who's stupid.

very bad customer service , over charge for services , i would not recommend them at all west of time

Really poor customer service, make promises they can not keep then leave you in a contract that will cost you to get out of. I am reporting them to the financial ombudsman to investigate their sales techniques. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY>

Fantastic Service , great help, Becky was lovely and polite, will defiantly call back if i need any help in the future :)
