DO NOT SPEAK TO A REPRESENTITIVE if you are updating your payment method USE THE AI. You will have a lot better luck accomplishing your task. Also if you need to add Appointment of Representative it only lasts for one year. This company is exactly what is wrong with our health care system in USA. Hey CEO review your policies.

What a phenomenally bad company. I sent a complaint to them, along with two letters I had written to CVS, requesting (for the 12th time) that they not contact any of my providers for refills. The response I got was 1. Can't find your account (they spelled my name wrong in the letter), 2. Because we can't find your account, we can't process your request for a refund. WTF??? I didn't ask for a refund for ANYTHING. Where can a patient go to get actual and competent care???

This company couldn't improve if it tried. This is the absolute worst prescription management company in existence. They always have issues filling even the simplest of orders. Unfortunately we're stuck with them because of our health insurance. I have to call on a nearly daily basis for some screw up or another. Mr doctor and his nurse even HATE dealing with them.

Absolutely worst experience. Trying to save $30 on a prescription my mail order through CVS Caremark coverage took days of stress, frustration, 11 phone calls and no savings since delays forced purchase of short term refill and regular cost. No assurances were followed through. Still waiting for prescription to arrive.

First time this year I had a problem getting a prescription mailed from them. Several texts sent from them. I called the doctor 3 times and still they say they did not hear from the Dr. I called them twice and on the last 45 minutes call they would not answer my question and finally hung up with no return call back to me.

Disgusting, CVS Caremark needs to be shut down. Meds running out who cares, they sure do not. Meds say sent never were and they could care less. Don't bother reaching out, the WILL NOT HELP YOU. This is why CVS is going out of business is the quality of care doesn't even exist.

CVS Caremark will not re-approve my daughter's Zepbound. As of July 1, 2025 CVS Caremark removed Zepbound from their formulary without warning. Zepbound was ordered by my daughter's endocrinologist since April 2025 since my daughter had side effects from Wegovy. Zepbound has been working well and now CVS Caremark has disregarded the prior authorization that the endocrinologist completed justifying the Zepbound order. CVS in this case is playing an endocrinologist which should not be the case. I pay over $3,100/month for insurance and I expect Zepbound for my daughter since it has been effective. My daughter leaves for college in one week and now we have to face insurance pushback and have make a decision on a new medication when she starts college.
