Bonnie set up the tours and met me there. With her help I think I was able to find the best fit for my uncle, she even offered to help with the move! Great experience.

I got the referral when my father was in the hospital. The thing I liked about CarePatrol was that the people are local and have worked with the places I wanted to see. You actually got to see a person and sit with them and go through options. Meda was great. She set up the appointments and came to the tours. Even though we didn’t get anything right away we knew where we were going when we were ready.

I’m very pleased with the experience we had with your representative Aletha and her guidance in helping to secure a living arrangement for our mother. Being a family member who lives out of state, Aletha explained everything to me over the phone, answered our questions completely and reassured my family with our decisions. She was a very helpful advocate for my mother, attending the visits to residences and helping to show her around the facility. She also visited her later once mom was settled in to see how she was doing. I know I can call her with any questions and she’ll respond back very quickly. She has been a great help to us during the stressful situation of having to set up a new home for our mother and her welcoming presence brought calm and reassurance to my mother. It was a very stressful time. My 86-year-old Dad, who had always been healthy, suddenly hurt his back and couldn't move without assistance. While he was still in the hospital, CarePatrol helped us navigate among the 400 plus assisted living facilities along the front range. Sara S. was wonderful. She used her background as a social worker to help us figure out what would be appropriate for my Dad. He's now in a very caring assisted living facility close to my home so we see each other several times a week. He's now able to walk with only a cane and receives three square meals a day while he further recovers. What a relief to know he's OK!

My sister and I were a bit overwhelmed with mom’s medical condition and we knew she needed to move. Missy was able to refine a search and toured us through three facilities, all of which were viable.
